I am experiencing the same problem as well. All updates worked correctly but the Muse update provides me with Error Code 5. I am using Windows 8.1 (if this helps development troubleshoot the bug)....

Norabean, Thanks for the input...Same thing happened for me. If I connect to my cell phone hotspot, I'm able to upload to ftp through Muse. Still unable to do so through my regular ISP.
